Questions businesses ask

How much is managed IT?

Plans start at $750 a month. Your exact price depends on how many people and devices you have and what you need covered. We'll give you a quote after a quick look at your setup.

How much does an onsite visit cost?

$200 for the first hour, which is the minimum for each visit. After that it's $100 an hour, billed in 30-minute increments of $50. Any equipment we need to buy is quoted separately and approved by you first.

Do you sign contracts?

Repairs don't need a contract — you can open a business account and pay as you go. Managed IT plans are month-to-month, so you can cancel anytime.

How do you handle devices with client or patient data?

Devices are logged in and out, kept secured in the shop, and accessed only as far as the repair requires. When you retire a device, we wipe it securely so nothing leaves your office with data on it.

Can you work with the IT setup we already have?

Yes. We can handle repairs only, or support the systems you already use, such as Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, or the devices your school already manages.

How fast can you respond?

Business repairs go ahead of walk-ins. For managed IT clients, we respond within 4 business hours, and urgent problems get a call back sooner.
