Common questions
How long does an iPhone battery replacement take?
Usually about 45 minutes. Walk-ins are welcome, or book a time so we have the part ready.
How do I know if my battery needs replacing?
Check Settings → Battery → Battery Health & Charging. Below about 80% maximum capacity, or a service message, means a new battery will make a noticeable difference.
Will I see a message about the battery afterward?
Some newer iPhones show a notice in Settings after a battery replacement, depending on the part used. It doesn't affect how the battery works. We'll tell you beforehand if yours will.
Does the warranty cover the new battery?
Yes. The battery and our work are covered for 90 days from pickup. Normal battery wear over time isn't a defect.
Will I lose any data?
No. A battery replacement doesn't touch your photos, apps or settings.
