Common questions

Can you just clean the port?

Yes. Lint packed into the port is a common cause. We inspect and clean it first, and if that fixes it, you don't pay for a replacement.

How long does a charging port repair take?

About an hour for most models.

Could it be the cable instead?

Sometimes. Try a different cable and charger first. If it still won't charge, bring it in and we'll test it in a few minutes.

Will my phone still be water-resistant?

Opening a phone breaks the factory water seal. We replace the seal where possible, but we can't guarantee water resistance after any repair.

Is it covered by a warranty?

Yes, 90 days on the part and our work from the day you pick it up.
