How long does an iPhone screen repair take?
Most screen replacements take about an hour, and you can wait or come back later. If we need to order a part for your model, we'll tell you the timeline before you commit.
Will I lose my photos or data?
Screen, battery and charging port repairs don't touch your data. If your iPhone still works, an iCloud backup before you come in is always a good idea. If it won't turn on and the photos matter most, tell us — we'll plan the repair around getting them back.
Will my iPhone show a parts message after the repair?
Newer iPhones can show a parts notice in Settings after a screen or battery replacement, depending on the part used. We explain your part options and what you'll see before we start.
Do I need an appointment?
No, walk-ins are welcome. If you'd like us to have the part ready, send a quote request first and we'll hold it for you.
